• The Digital Backbone: Investing in AI, Real Estate, and Energy Infrastructure

Artificial intelligence is reshaping the global economy, but its rapid growth depends on three critical pillars working in harmony: the hardware that powers it, the physical infrastructure that houses it, and the energy that fuels it. As AI demand accelerates, each layer of this ecosystem is becoming a compelling investment opportunity.

This webinar will cover:

  • Connect It – The full hardware stack behind every AI workload: the semiconductors and AI accelerators at the foundation, the networking and optical interconnects that link massive GPU clusters, the cloud and data platforms that deploy and monitor models, the cybersecurity protecting AI’s new attack surfaces, the storage holding petabyte-scale training data, and the cooling, power, and physical systems that keep 100kW+ racks running.
  • Build It – The critical role of data centers and digital infrastructure real estate in housing AI workloads, and how investors can access this physical layer of the AI ecosystem through global data, tech infrastructure, and power generation holdings.
  • Power It – Why midstream energy infrastructure across the U.S. and Canada has become a foundational piece of the AI story, with natural gas pipelines and processing assets positioned to deliver the power data centers need to operate at scale.
